Our public website does not offer account creation or a contact form that stores information in our own website database. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, you may choose to share your name, phone number, email address, business details, project requirements, files and messages. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, time of request and requested pages, for delivery, performance and security.
3. How we use the information

- Communicate about proposals, projects, revisions and support.
- Maintain appropriate business records, fulfill agreements and comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. AI-assisted tools
We may use AI-assisted tools when drafting content, designing layouts, writing or reviewing code, and performing other agreed development work. We aim to avoid uploading sensitive client information to external AI services without an appropriate basis and agreed safeguards. Any proposed use of confidential information, customer data, or personal data in third-party AI tools should be discussed in the project agreement before processing.

When you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your email provider or your phone provider, their own privacy terms apply. Our hosting provider processes technical information required to deliver the website. We do not currently embed Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies in this supplied website package. If those are enabled later, this notice and any required consent mechanisms must be updated.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your contact information. We may share necessary information with service providers who assist us with hosting, communications or contracted project work, subject to suitable controls. We retain communications and records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, resolving disputes, or meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by the nature of a project or legal requirement.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures suited to the information we handle. No internet-based communication or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, secret API keys, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials through ordinary email or public messaging.

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request information about personal data you shared, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern.
