NEXORADEVS / COMPANY POLICIES
Privacy Policy.
A straightforward explanation of what information NexoraDevs receives and how it is handled.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
NexoraDevs is a website development and digital solutions business operated by co-founders Febin Santhosh and Joses K Shiju. For privacy-related enquiries, contact nexoradevsupport@gmail.com.
2. What personal information we receive
This website does not offer public accounts. If you send a review, we collect the name, email, optional business/project name, rating and feedback you provide, plus your consent. Your email is retained privately for review verification and not published. Reviews remain unpublished until approved. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or phone, you may share contact details and project messages. Our hosting provider may process technical logs for website delivery and security.
3. How we use the information
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- Communicate about proposals, projects, revisions and support.
- Maintain appropriate business records, fulfill agreements and comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Protect our website, detect abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
4. AI-assisted tools
We may use AI-assisted tools when drafting content, designing layouts, writing or reviewing code, and performing other agreed development work. We aim to avoid uploading sensitive client information to external AI services without an appropriate basis and agreed safeguards. Any proposed use of confidential information, customer data, or personal data in third-party AI tools should be discussed in the project agreement before processing.
5. Third-party services
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or phone, those services may process information under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to operate the website. Essential admin session cookies are used for private administration; there are no public account sessions or embedded marketing tracking cookies by default. A necessary session cookie supports review form security. This notice must be updated if we enable analytics or additional integrations.
6. Sharing and retention
We do not sell your contact information. We may share necessary information with service providers supporting hosting, communication or an agreed project, subject to appropriate controls. Pending submitted reviews are automatically cleared after approximately 90 days if not moderated; approved reviews remain public until removal is requested or they are no longer appropriate to retain. Existing encrypted enquiries may be retained for up to 365 days, subject to legal requirements or a valid deletion request. Other project communications and business records may be retained as reasonably necessary to fulfill agreements or meet legal obligations.
7. Security
We aim to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our operations. Pending reviews and earlier form enquiries are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a separately stored server key. Private admin access uses a server-side login session. However, no hosting system or communication channel can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or private access keys over ordinary messaging.
8. Your privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request information about personal data you shared, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Email nexoradevsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children's information
Our services are intended for business enquiries and are not directed toward children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, legal obligations, or technology. The revised date at the top identifies the current version.
